Meet Xiaofan and Xinqi! Xiaofan was Lizhi's best man and that is how they found out about me. I'm so excited and happy that I get to work with these two. Xiaofan and Xinqi are both from China but came to Indiana to attend Purdue University. They met at the church they were both attending and have been together for about 6 years now. Xiaofan ended up proposing in July and the rest is history!
They are tying the knot in China early next year and are also holding a wedding at Purdue in May.
We had their engagement session at Purdue since that is where they both met. They were really wanting a lot of sun filled images so we started the session right at sunrise. It was perfect because we were able to miss the rush of students going to classes and got the perfect sun glow. We ended the session at Purdue Horticultural Park, which was unfortunately closed since they are re-doing the park. We still made it work by doing some portraits in front of the construction barricades, it ended up being great because the light was gorgeous!
