Last weekend I had the amazing opportunity of speaking at The Reset Conference. The Reset Conference is a conference for photographers and videographers of all genres. Last year I attended The Reset Conference as an attendee and I loved it! I loved how it was a smaller conference so you can really ask questions and get to know everyone. I also loved that they had a great mix of speakers who covered everything from weddings to newborns to business and marketing. They really have something for everyone.
This year, I was able to speak at the conference and was one of 50 different speakers. Some of the amazing speakers included Jeff Rojas, Julie Paisley, Twig & Olive, and sooooo many more! I led a talk all about how to get published as a wedding photographer. It was so much fun getting to share my knowledge with the other photographers and I can't wait to keep an eye out to see where they all get published! Besides leading a class and shootout, I also was able to attend a few classes myself! You are never done learning as a photographer and business owner so I love getting to learn even more. I got to learn all about managing client's expectations from the amazing Twig & Olive, I got to learn and get inspired all about flay lays from the amazing N.C. Stephens (seriously, if you don't follow him on Instagram already, you have to do so NOW: @terminatetor) he really has a special gift for what he does, Dannie Fountain shared her knowledge all about having a consistent marketing strategy and I always learn so much from her, the wonderful Jeff Rojas shared his knowledge with us and it's always a joy hearing him talk, and I also got to learn more about LLC's and trademarks from the wonderful Joey Vitale! I really love all the diversity that Reset has in their classes!
I can't wait for Reset 2019!
