Armory South Bend Indiana Wedding: Emily & Jonathon

Emily and Jonathon are married! YAY! You will probably remember these two, and their adorable dog Dash, from their Carmel, Indiana engagement session. (You can view that HERE.) Emily and Jonathon have been together for over 10 years! They are high school sweethearts! Jonathon proposed to Emily last September at Notre Dame University. They are big Notre Dame football fans and were attending the opener for the Notre Dame vs Michigan game so it was the perfect location for them to get engaged!

They held their wedding at the gorgeous venue, The Armory, in South Bend, Indiana. They loved that they could have their ceremony and reception in one location and they loved the style of the venue and history of the building. Emily's dad used to play basketball at The Armory, back when it was a gymnasium, when he was in High School. They filled their wedding with navy, green, and gold accents and filled the venue with wildflowers and it was the perfect and most beautiful day!

Emily and Jonathon tied in a lot of special elements into their wedding day. Emily's brother married them and they had a unity cheers ceremony where they poured alcohol from one of their favorite local breweries into glasses and drank during the ceremony. They served late-night pizza so their guests would be able to dance the night away. Instead of having favors, they made a donation to Riley Children's Hospital in their honor instead.
