Today is National Star Wars Day! I thought it was only fitting to do a little blog post about how to include Star Wars in your wedding day. So many of my couples are Star Wars fans and have either had a full Star Wars themed wedding or they just include in a few special touches. Keep reading for a few ideas that you can include into your wedding day!
Wedding Cake
You can either have a simple Star Wars themed cake topper or a full out Star Wars themed cake.
Wedding Attire
You can go all out like Crystal did on her wedding day and wear Storm Trooper leggings under her dress. Or you can include a few fun touches like a Star Wars garter.
Centerpieces and Table Decorations
You can easily include Star Wars into your reception decor and centerpieces. From Star Wars world terrariums to lightsabers to just naming each table after your favorite Star Wars character. You can do so many things!
Seating Chart
You can name your reception tables after different worlds or characters to have a subtle nod to Star Wars.

Star Wars themed favors can be so fun! If your guests also love Star Wars, then it's a great favor to give!
Florals
You instantly think of lightsabers when you think of Star Wars. Add those into your wedding by including them in your florals. From the boutonniere to using them as the stem of your florals.
Reception Decor
You can have a Star Wars themed photo booth, have uplighting that ties into the Star Wars colors, or have Star Wars projections at your wedding. You can even have a custom neon sign with a fun Star Wars quote (like "I Love You, I Know"). You can go all out here or just have a few different options.

Lightsabers are fun touch and they glow! They make the perfect addition to your reception entrance or exit!
