Today's Monday Wedding Madness is a post for all of my clients. It is going to tell you how to use your online gallery. The online gallery is included with every wedding package!
The online gallery is:
Backed up for 10 years
Shareable
Downloadable
And you can order prints through it
After I have edited all of you images, I will upload them into your personal gallery. Once you click on your link, you will be directed to a website that looks like this:
Once you are at this page, click the "ENTER THE GALLERY" button. Once you click that button you will be directed to your gallery and that will look like this:
Once you reach this page you will want to click the "MENU" button at the upper left-hand side of the page. When you click that it will bring up the menu options:
You will then want to click the "LOG IN" button at the bottom of the list. You will need to make an account to download, share, and order. You can either log in with a Facebook account or with your email.
NOTE: Logging in with your Facebook will not post anything to your Facebook page without your permission. If you log in with your Facebook page you will be able to post photos directly to Facebook, if you wish.
Once you are logged in, you can click on individual images.
At the top of the image you will see the option to ADD TO CART, DOWNLOAD, FAVORITE, FACEBOOK, EMAIL, and PINTEREST. Clicking on Facebook and Pinterest will allow you to post the photo to your social media accounts. Clicking on email will allow you to email the photo to whoever you would like. Clicking on download will allow you to download the image to your computer. Clicking on favorite will allow you to mark the photo as a favorite which you can access by clicking on the Menu button.
NOTE: At this time, you are only able to download individual images and not the whole gallery at once.
If you click on ADD TO CART it will pull up a page where you can order prints:
Once you are done adding all of the images to your cart that you would like to purchase, click on the CART icon at the top of the page. You will then be directed to a page where you can see all of the prints you ordered and you will be prompted to checkout.
NOTE: You may also order prints, canvas, and photo books through me as well. I offer different sizes and options than what you have your in gallery. Let me know if you would like to order something! :)
Since weddings have so many images, there are different COLLECTIONS within your gallery. You will need to access these different collections to see all of the images from your wedding. To access the different collections click on the MENU button at the upper left-hand side of the page.
This will bring up the menu. Under the COLLECTIONS section you will see the different collections that you can view. In this particular gallery you will see PRE CEREMONY, CEREMONY, COUPLE PORTAITS, FAMILY PORTRAITS, and RECEPTION. Clicking on each of the different collections will take you to a page where you can view those images.
As you are scrolling through your gallery, you may notice a "GET THE APP" button pop up. Clicking this will allow you to download an APP to your phone or iPad of your gallery. It is a customized APP with your images!
