Wedding Dates To Avoid- Wedding Wednesday

January 4, 2017

While planning your wedding and deciding on a wedding date you may be wondering when should I get married?  You may have a date in mind that holds a special meaning to you or you may just have a season that you would like to get married in.  However, there are a couple of dates that you may want to re-consider when picking a wedding day.

Holidays:

You may want a Halloween or New Years wedding, which is great.  However, you will want to keep in mind that some vendors will charge a premium for holiday events and your guests may have standing plans for holidays.  Holiday dates also tend to book up faster, which means you will want to start booking your wedding in advance.

Significant Dates for Your Family:

If you do not want to share your wedding date with someone in your family or if your family always has a family reunion each year, you will want to research when these events occur and factor that into your wedding date.
