Meet the adorable Katie and Gabe! These two have been together for over two years. They first met through mutual friends who took them on a double date to go bowling. They hit it off and have been together ever since! Last September Katie and Gabe went on vacation to Hawaii and while they were on a black sand beach, Gabe asked Katie for her hand in marriage. She of course said yes!
Katie and Gabe will be tying the knot this September. Their ceremony will be held at their family church, Noblesville First United Methodist, and their reception will be held at the lovely Mustard Seed Gardens. They are planning on having a rustic and romantic wedding filled with navy, burgundy, blue, blush, and gold accents.
We met up at Forest Park in Noblesville, Indiana on Sunday for their engagement session. We originally had their session scheduled for sunset but it day ended up calling for rain so we rescheduled to sunrise to miss the rain. The whole drive up, however, it rained! I was a bit worried but when it was time for their session to start, the rain stopped and stayed away! Talk about some good luck! I had a lot of fun with Katie and Gabe and their two dogs who joined us for the tail end of their session and I'm looking forward to their wedding!
