Elizabeth and Stevie are married! YAY! You may remember these two from their engagement session at Wea Creek Orchard. (You can view that HERE.) These two have been together for over five years and first met online while they were both at Purdue University. They hit it off right away and their first date included going to some of their favorite places including the farmer's market, Five Below, and Bennett's Greenhouse. Fast forward to Febraury 25, 2024 and Stevie and Elizabeth went out to dinner at the Melting Pot. While they were at dinner, Elizabeth's parents set up a small display at their apartment for the proposal. When they got back home, Stevie proposed and Elizabeth obviously said yes!

They held their wedding on Saturday at the gorgeous Bennett's Greenhouse! Not only did they love the look and feel of Bennett's but it tied things full circle for them since their first date included Bennett's! They filled their wedding with fall colors that were bright but still seasonal. Since their wedding was on Halloween, they wanted to have a small nod to the holiday without doing a full out Halloween theme. They drew inspiration for their reception decor from eco-horror novels that they enjoy and tied in a fairy forest vibe with bones, mushrooms, and some decay. Their cake design also pulls inspiration from some of Elizabeth's favorite eco-horror novels including Hazelthorn by C.G. Drews, Decomposition Book by Sara Van os, and Eat The Ones You Love by Sarah Maria Griffin. They loved getting to celebrate their love with some of their closest friends and family.
