Remember Ashley and Josh from their engagement session earlier in the year. Well they just had their wedding last weekend at the German American Klub in Indianapolis, Indiana. I had not been to the German American Klub before but it is such a pretty venue. It is tucked away behind a park and has a ton of greenery and the building has a lot of the German archetecture and feel to it. Ashley and Josh had their ceremony outside on the patio and the reception inside.
Do you want to know the best part about the German American Klub? Ashley's parents were married there! How neat is that? Ashley's mother informed me that their anniversary falls later this month and Ashley and Josh had originally wanted to get married on that date but Ashley had school and wouldn't have been able to make it back to Indiana.
You may remember that Ashley and Josh currently live in Louisiana but wanted to get married in Indiana since that is where they are from. They were very glad that they decided to have their wedding in Indiana because Louisiana is currently experiencing a heat wave. It was in the 80's in Indianapolis for their wedding and when they checked the weather for Louisiana, it was 102!
