Oh my! Aren't Nidia and Jamal as cute as can be! Nidia was a bridesmaid in Jordan and David's wedding back in 2013 and I am so glad she contacted me to photograph her own wedding next June.
Nidia and Jamal have been together for 5 years so they decided that it was time for them get married. Jamal asked Nidia to marry him while they were at home making dinner one night. Such a sweet proposal!
Nidia and Jamal currently live in Chicago but wanted to do the session while they were both back in Lafayette before the holidays. We set a date and it decided to rain. We decided to go on with the session and brought along some umbrellas but the weather God's smiled upon us that day! They rain cleared for our session and as soon as we got in our cars to leave, it started pouring again!
