Just like the bride's bouquet, the groom's boutonniere plays an important part in the wedding day. Although the history of the boutonniere isn't as strong as the bouquet it is still noted as being a fashionable accessory for men to wear during formal occasions. Oftentimes, the grooms boutonniere will compliment the bride's bouquet and will be slightly different than his groomsmen's boutonnieres.

I've seem everything from real flowers to paper flowers, silk, cloth, and paper flowers, and small toys and trinkets that tie in the groom's personality.
