You will remember Kala and Tom from their snow-filled Zionsville engagement session last winter. They tied the knot last weekend and their wedding was gorgeous!
Kala and Tom first met during their freshmen year of college at Indiana University. They were both accounting majors and started taking a lot of their classes together. After being friends for about three months they decided that they should consider dating and the rest is history! Last October, Tom took Kala on a surprise trip to McCormick Creek State Park in Bloomington and proposed to her along the river.
Kala and Tom held their ceremony at Hamilton Hills Baptist Church in Fishers, Indiana and held their reception at the Woodland County Club in Carmel, Indiana. Their wedding was filled with navy and yellow colors and they had an abundance of yellow flowers throughout their wedding from the bouquets to the centerpieces. Their wedding was filled with their friends and family and it was a great time! You may be able to tell from some of the portraits, but the day of their wedding it was a downpour of rain! I was starting to think that we wouldn't be able to go outside and then right after their first look, the rain stopped and the sun came out for a bit! We were able to get their couple portraits and wedding party portraits done before the rain came back. So a big thank you to mother nature for giving us some grace!
Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding below!
Kala & Tom: I am so happy for you both! You are a great couple and you can really see the love you both have for each other! Congratulations!!!!! :)
