Kirby Risk 100 Year Anniversary Gala

Last month I got to photograph Kirby Risk's 100 Year Anniversary Gala at the Purdue Memorial Union! 100 years of business is certainly a feat, especially for a family run business so huge congratulations to them! Here's to 100 more years!

Kirby Risk has been celebrating their 100 year milestone with different events at each of their facilities and for their employees, families, and business partners. The gala was all about celebrating Jim and Mary Jo Risk and everyone showed up in support. The event started with a cocktail reception followed by a dinner and then the main program started. The Purdue Varsity Glee Club kicked things off with a performance, Mayor Tony Roswarski presented Jim and Mary Jo with The City of Lafayette Achievement Award, there were some tributes and talks from David Lasater, Blake Moret, Bob Truitt, Rick Stark, and Mitch Daniels, and the evening ended with the Risk family unveiling a plaque honoring Jim and Mary Jo Risk.

View a few of my favorite images from the event below and be sure to send some congratulations to Kirby Risk on 100 years!
