Meet Felicia and Tanay! These two had their wedding celebrations last week and are just adorable! I was lucky enough to get to photograph their Mehndi Celebration! Indian weddings are always so much fun and filled with a lot of gorgeous color and lots of festivities and Felicia and Tanay's Mehendi Celebration was no exception! Felicia is Pritesh's sister and I photographed Pritesh and Kathleen's Mehndi Ceremony last year so it was so great to get to work with everyone again!
Felicia and Tanay held their Mehndi Celebration in the ballroom of the Courtyard Marriott in Lafayette, Indiana. They had a Bollywood theme to their celebration and several of their guests dressed like famous Bollywood actors and actresses from their favorite movies. They really wanted the party to be a fun time for all of their guests where everyone could mingle, eat some good food, and have some drinks. They had several people doing Mehndi for their guests so everyone could get some henna. They also set up a red carpet backdrop so their guests could get some fun photos and Felicia even surprised everyone with a dance! It was a great celebration.
