Hillary Carter reached out to me about speaking on her new podcast Beautiful-Sized. Hillary is a plus-sized bride-to-be and her podcast interviews brides, brides-to-be, and wedding professionals about the joys and trials of wedding planning as a bigger bride.
Hillary found me from a few plus-size wedding blogs that feature me as a wedding photographer who works with and showcases plus-sized couples on my website and social media. I am always honored when I'm added to these blogs because I love working with all kinds of couples on their wedding day and all couples deserve gorgeous images from their wedding day. Sadly, the wedding industry normally only showcases "model" sized couples and plus-size couples are rarely showcased and represented. Luckily, this is starting to change a bit but I've always highlighted every single couple that I get to work with because they are all beautiful and every wedding and love story is special!
