Taylor and Scott are married! YAY! You may remember these two from their engagement session in Normal, Illinois. (You can view that HERE.) Taylor and Scott have been together for 6 years and first met in 2013. Taylor had just come back home from college and started a summer job at Conway Freight, where Scott was already working. They met and hit it off and started dating. Fast forward to September 15, 2017. Taylor and Scott were in Chicago, Illinois for a fun and spontaneous weekend trip. Scott surprised Taylor with a fancy dinner at Willis Tower. After they ate, they went up to the sky deck that over looked Chicago. They took a few photos and then Scott dropped to his knee and asked Taylor for her hand in marriage, she said yes!

Taylor and Scott tied the knot on July 13th at Amish Acres in Nappanee, Indiana. July 13th is a special day for them because it was their 6th anniversary. It made the perfect date for their wedding! They both choose Amish Acres because they loved the look of the area. They wanted a barn wedding and when they found Amish Acres, they knew it was the place! Their wedding was filled with blush and navy accents with a touch of gold.

I love when couples personalize their wedding just for them and Taylor and Scott did just that! There were so many special touches in their wedding that just make it just that much more special. Taylor's mother's best friend, who is like an Aunt to her, officiated the wedding, they did a unity sand ceremony that included Scott's daughter, they had a candy bar because Scott loves candy, for the parent dances Taylor danced with her step-dad and Scott danced with his daughter and then they both danced with their mom's, and Scott surprised Taylor by signing the anniversary dance song while his best man played the guitar. It was the perfect day!
