Lynne and Samuel are married! YAY! These two first met through mutual friends and Samuel's sister who was Lynne's best friend. While they didn't start dating right away, they reconnected years later and realized that they were perfect for each other. Samuel proposed to Lynne while they were at a military ball. Samuel traveled to visit Lynne while she was in the service and be her date for the event. He surprised her with a proposal and she was more than happy to say yes!
They both love winter and Christmas and have celebrated the holidays together for over 7 years. They knew that they wanted to get married in January because it's the anniversary of their engagement and close enough to Christmas and the holidays to still have that holiday cheer. Instead of having a big wedding, they opted to do a small elopement with just the two of them and then they decided to do a fun dinner with some of their family and friends to celebrate. They held their ceremony at the gorgeous Laurel Hall in Indianapolis. They wanted a beautiful indoor option because of the cold January temps and Laurel Hall has the perfect indoor spaces. For their reception, they traveled to Ichiban in Kokomo, Indiana to eat, drink, and celebrate with the special people in their lives.
It was a gorgeous intimate wedding that was perfect! Enjoy a few of my favorite images from their wedding below!
Lynne & Sam: It was so great getting to meet you both and document this special time in your life. Your wedding was just perfect and I know you have a lifetime of love and laughter ahead!
