Coxhall Gardens Carmel Indiana Proposal: Tanner & Grace

Tanner and Grace are engaged! YAY! Tanner reached out to me about a month ago about his plans to propose to Grace. He wanted to do the session at Coxhall Gardens and he loved the look of the amphitheater spot. He wanted to surprise Grace with not only the proposal but with also having his mom and Grace's parents and siblings present.

We decided to do the proposal at sunrise so we could guarantee that there would not be another event at that time. I got there early and got set up and their family arrived early and hid behind the gates that lead to the steps of the amphitheater. Tanner has a friend that lives in Carmel and that is currently expecting a child. He told Grace that they had to get dressed up and go to the park because they would be doing a gender reveal at sunrise for some photos.

When Tanner and Grace got to the park, I took a few photos of them walking to the proposal spot. Tanner said some words to Grace and then dropped to his kneee. Grace was so surprised! After the proposal, he turned her around and she spotted not only me, but all the family! She was even more surprised!

After some well wishes from the family, we took some photos around the park before Tanner took Grace to the rest of the surprise he had planned for their engagement day!
